Objective :
The objective was to create a website featuring a rotating product display, a number guessing game, and a form with advanced validation using regular expressions.
Synoposis :
This project was inspired by a personal interest in mini-golf and aimed to create a themed website with a strong focus on improving form validation and user feedback, addressing common frustrations found in typical web forms.
Process :
The website was developed section by section, with the primary focus on building a robust form validation system. Regular expressions were initially written as large patterns and later refined into more efficient and manageable structures.
The key feature of this project was the validation feedback system, which provided users with clear and specific guidance both before and after submission attempts. This required careful handling of multiple input formats, particularly for email and phone number validation.
Additional features included interactive elements such as a rotating product display and a number-based game to enhance user engagement.
Results :
The completed project includes a fully functional form with detailed validation feedback and a cohesive themed design.
The project was completed within approximately two weeks, with the majority of development time dedicated to refining the validation logic.
